Teleradiology-Hub uses algorithms to find who is available on specific duration. Therefore there is NO additional charge  for accidental our trauma cases in Night  or Holiday: purely based on availability of a radiologist. There will be no cherry picking of radiologists for the said duration.

2. The registration amount (Rs 995) will be treated as 'Cashback'. This can be used for Reporting of Cases.

5. Upload cases (Dicom Zip format) on TeleradiologyHUB Server
6. Download and Print Report on own LetterPad when the uploaded cases are reported by the assigned Radiologist

You can use USB Pen Drive or CD to transfer Xray images from the Xray Machine to the computer which has Internet connection. The images should be preferably exported into the DICOM format. 

The recommended speed is 4MBPS +. Higher the speed, faster the upload.

No. You don’t need to install any software or application.

You just need a high-speed broadband connection to upload images onto our Server. And preferably a Scanner to scan the Referral letters of Physician and other relevant old investigation reports, if any. If scanner is not available, you may use a Mobile camera for scanning.

This plan is devised for the Diagnostic setup/Hospital who prefer Quality over Quantity. Every case is reported by our Senior Radiologists with detailed reporting. The primary report drafted by the Primary Radiologist is checked again by our Team of Radiologists for any missed finding and grammatical errors. Our technical staff actively monitors to maintain quality and committed TAT.

In standard plan, the Diagnostic setup/Hospital is free to choose five Radiologists from our team of Radiologists displayed at www.teleradiologyhub.com/radiologists based on Pricing, qualifications and location. So whenever a new case is uploaded by you, the case would be assigned to one of these 5 Radiologists based on the preference chosen by you. Our role would be just to co-ordinate between you and our Radiologists. There shall be no Quality or TAT check in this plan from TeleradiologyHub side.

Our Legal team verifies all the documents, and only after their confirmation the Radiologist is taken on our Panel. The qualified means holder of post-graduation degree in the Radiology and registered to the state Medical council. In case if required we can share these documents.

Though an amount is deducted from the Wallet immediately after uploading a case, it is only credited to the Reporting Doctor's when Report is finalized. In case, if not reported, the amount will be credited to your account within 72 hours.

No. We don't have Cash facility.

This happens very rarely as we provide best of health care services. Our technical team would try to sort out the problem, if any. But still, if you wish to discontinue then the balance amount (calculated after used amount + Rs 500 towards Service charge) will be refunded back to your account within 7 days after the receipt of discontinuation request.

You need to re-charge your Wallet with Rs 5000 or multiple of 5000Rs (10,000, 15,000….).

We are providing you a virtual Wallet, which has to be re-charged with minimum amount of Rs 5000 through an online Payment. This allows you to upload cases. For eg. the rate of MRI Brain is Rs 300, this amount is debited from your Wallet and credited to the Reporting Doctor after finalization of the Report. You can continue uploading cases until the wallet is exhausted, upon which you can re-charge based on your usage.

No. We do not charge anything extra other than Registration fees to the Diagnostic center / Hospital.

We charge the Diagnostic center a one time nominal fee of Rs.999/- at time of Registration which includes your PAC system, training to your staff, setting up your account at our back-end. Please note this amount may or may not change in the future.

We are using highest security features where all images are encrypted. The images are only accessible to the assigned reporting Doctor. Images are auto-deleted from our Server within 1 week.

No. It is not allowed to upload a single Zip file containing Dicom images of different patients.

We have developed an extremely user friendly system to upload cases. Our Technical team will train your staff on how to use our platform.

We advise all our Radiologists to insure themselves, but we cannot force them. Once, registered as a Member, you would be able check the Radiologists who are covered / not covered under the Professional indemnity insurance.

The signing Radiologist is responsible for his/her reports. In no circumstances, TeleradiologyHub is responsible as we are a service provider connecting Hospital/Diagnostic centers to the Radiologist.

In general, TAT is calculated from the moment the case is uploaded to our server to the Report status becomes Ready to Print with few exception like when detailed history, old investigation reports or required sequences not included during case submission.

TAT (Turn around Time) is different for Standard and Premium Packages.

Yes, we store all your reports on our cloud server for easy retrieval of old reports. The reports are stored till your active membership.

As part of the initial registration process, you need to upload soft copy of your Letterhead mentioning the size of the Paper (A4 / A5) and length of Header / Footer. Our technical team will then customize PDF report as per your letterhead configuration.

Once the report is ready, you would be immediately notified through an Email. You simply need to login to our website and Download the Report.

Yes! Locum radiology service is available for all and FREE with absolutely no time, location or any other restrictions. 

Our is Prepaid system, where you have to recharge your Online Wallet at TeleradiologyHUB account for minimum of 5000 Rs. The amount for every reported case will be deducted and immediately credited to the Radiologist account on per case basis. 

Our staff checks the availability of Radiologist, if selected while Job listing creation. If Radiologist agrees for the Job, you can immediately start uploading the cases. Our staff will help to create personalised account for you (Account Section) and another for your Technician to upload cases. 

We do not charge any commission or service charges for the Locum recruitment. It is completely FREE.
